Positive: Clean and tidy

Positive: It is a great stay, with all the amenities you might need. P.S. I will be forever grateful to the lady working in the pharmacy nearby. Negative: Not a great price-quality relationship, you could probably get a similar quality stay for what I paid. Also, the location is somewhat remote and will make you feel like you’re bothering the locals.

Will definitely book this place again! Positive: Most comfortable bed we've ever stayed in! Appliances were new and of high quality brands (Dyson, Balmuda, Nespresso). Really enjoyed the bath, worth every penny for our stay in Kyoto. Negative: Had trouble with the bath faucet where the water coming out was lukewarm. Communicated with staff on finding a non existent water heater panel. Eventually my partner fixed the faucet knob on his own for hot water to flow. Spent two nights here with one night fixing the bath wasn't most ideal but we've very much enjoyed our time here. Location is misleading on google maps, host has sent pdf on how to get there, make sure you read it. Bit of a walk from Kyoto station with our luggages, best advice to call a cab/Uber to the river entrance

Positive: Amazing newly renovated place to stay. Great vibe and style. Has everything you need and thoughtfully designed. We got to live like locals for a few days in our own place. Walking distance from the station and to the other areas of Kyoto. Highly recommended
